Paul Graham – Director

Following a 15 year career as an Infantry Officer in the Australian Army, Paul has worked on time sensitive critical security and safety projects with multi national IT services companies, critical infrastructure utilities, federal departments and global logistic providers. He has worked extensively in SE Asia, Central America and Asia Pacific.

He holds a Masters in Business, Masters in Project Management, Diploma in Security and Risk Management, Certificate IV in OHS and a Graduate Certificate in Communications.

Lindsay Attrill - Consultant

Over 30 years experience in a range of operational, training and leadership roles with Victoria Police retiring at the rank of Detective Inspector.

Lindsay has also worked as a subject matter specialist in a variety of international development mentoring, capacity building and advisory roles within the Policing, Correctional Services and Security Project Management job streams in the Pacific and Middle East in highly charged, mission critical programs, including humanitarian efforts, transitional and wartime areas of conflict and post conflict. He holds a Diploma in Security and Risk Management, Certificate IV Training and Assessment and a diverse range of specialised policing investigative and leadership qualifications.

Michael McDermott - Associate

Michael has over 21 years experience in military and civilian security, risk and emergency services consultancy, management and operations.

Michael is a security and emergency services professional with deep expertise in security and emergency management analysis, planning, and coordination of strategic, operational and tactical exercises and projects. Michael has advised or worked in programs on a national, regional and international basis. 

Peter Sutton - Consultant

Peter designs maritime security plans for ISPS compliance, conducts internal security audits, administers training and exercises for security awareness and emergency preparedness, and advises, writes and implements corporate security policies for high profile companies.

Peter is a trained Company Security Officer, Ship Security Officer and Port Facility Security Officer, with a Diploma in Policing. He is also an ISPS Code and ISO:9001 Lead Auditor.

John Byrne - Consultant

After 20 years as an officer in the Royal Australian Navy, John has worked in all aspects of security risk management and implementation, for extractive industries and Government in isolated and high risk sites in South and Central Asia, and the Asia Pacific. For major capital projects in Indonesia and Saudi Arabia, he has developed technology based solutions to address security challenges in the field in a cost effective manner.

John is completing his Master of Risk Management, and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Graduate Diploma of Business, Australian Company Directors Diploma, a Diploma in Applied Languages (Indonesian) and a Diploma in Security and Risk Management.

Matt Wilson - Consultant

Matt is a security and risk management professional with over 20 years experience with a diverse range of clients including global engineering firms, domestic and international airport authorities, hospitals, transport hubs and federal departments. He is well regarded within the intelligence community and has published a number of papers for industry journals.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Justice Studies, Intelligence and Security and is certified by ASIO as a SCEC Approved Security Consultant.
